I will never use this storage place again! Worse service I have received. I paid my unit and went to get my Christmas tree out for my kids and was told no one will be available until closer to Christmas. This is bullshit! They are holding my stuff hostage even though the bill is paid! Thanks to them my kids don’t get a tree this year so I will not be recommending this place to anyone!

I paid my unit in full and was told I have to wait a week for them to remove their locks. They seem very uninterested in actually helping their customers. All they want is the money. Plus the cameras are all fake at one location and fool nobody.
